All membership tiers include office visits, in-office testing such as EKG, urine testing, rapid strep and flu testing, hearing and vision screening, minor procedures including skin lesion removal and laceration repair, PAP collection, care coordination, and an annual comprehensive health assessment. Memberships also include two Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment visits per year, with additional sessions available at $125 each.

Essential is a monthly subscription covering foundational preventive and primary care for all ages. Optimize is an annual package built around a detailed, personalized health plan with in-depth risk assessments across major disease categories. Transform is an all-inclusive annual package that adds fitness and nutrition assessments with licensed experts, home health tracking tools, and follow-up support for a full health overhaul.

Yes. Acropolis Health serves patients from infancy through older adulthood. The practice offers pediatric care, women's health, men's health, and family medicine under one roof.
