The Non-Surgical Sports Medicine Only plan covers patients who already have a primary care provider and need orthopedic and sports medicine care. It includes injury evaluation, fracture management, concussion management, and chronic arthritis care. The Primary Care and Sports Medicine plan adds full family medicine coverage including urgent care, chronic disease management, mental health, travel medicine, and annual wellness visits.
