Call Access MD at 251-895-4345 to schedule a no-obligation appointment to tour the office and meet Dr. Hashimi. At that visit, you sign a Patient Agreement and schedule your annual exam. There is no commitment required before that first conversation.

The annual membership fee covers services not covered by insurance or Medicare. These include direct physician access, same-day or next-day scheduling, extended appointment times, travel medicine planning, and other concierge amenities. Routine lab work, diagnostic procedures, and specialist visits bill to your insurance as usual.

For life-threatening situations, call 911 immediately. When practical, Access MD recommends requesting transfer to Springhill Medical Center. A family member can then notify Dr. Hashimi via her private number, and she will meet you at the Emergency Room if indicated.

Yes. Access MD runs a Corporate Program custom-tailored to each company's needs. Components include annual exams for key personnel, Lunch and Learn sessions, smoking cessation, nutritional counseling, flu shots, blood pressure and glucose checks, and discounted services for dependents and spouses.

Yes. Members may cancel at any time. Access MD grants prorated refunds based on the number of months of service remaining, less the value of concierge services already rendered. The practice transfers medical records at no charge upon departure.

Yes. Dr. Hashimi develops personalized travel health plans for patients heading abroad, including prescription preparation and vaccine planning. Schedule a travel medicine appointment well in advance of your departure, as some international vaccinations require up to six months to complete.
