A Personal Physician offers two annual membership tiers. The Executive Health Program costs $5,000 per year and includes expedited appointments, FIT3D PRO scans, a comprehensive lab panel with heavy metal and Galleri blood cancer testing, after-hours access, consulting services for hospital and care facility transitions, and a comprehensive executive physical. The Executive Health Program at Home costs $10,000 per year and adds house call visits to that same set of benefits. The practice also offers a one-time Medical Consultation or Second Opinion for $995 and a standalone FIT3D body composition scan for $50.

The practice operates on a direct-pay membership model and does not bill insurance for membership fees or most services. Patients pay directly for their chosen plan or consultation. Some patients choose to submit claims to their insurer independently, but the practice does not coordinate that process.

Yes. Members at A Personal Physician receive expedited appointments, including same-day access when needed. Dr. Brar also provides after-hours access for urgent concerns as part of both membership tiers.

Yes. The Executive Health Program at Home tier specifically includes house call visits. Dr. Brar delivers care directly to patients at home, which reflects his core belief that great medical care starts at home.

The FIT3D PRO scanner measures body fat percentage, muscle percentage, basal metabolic rate, and posture. Members on either annual plan receive FIT3D PRO scans as part of their membership. The practice also offers standalone FIT3D scans for $50 per session.

A Personal Physician uses subspecialized lab panels that screen for over 100 markers, including heavy metal levels. The practice partners with Galleri for multi-cancer early detection blood testing and with Prenuvo for whole-body MRI. These diagnostics form a core part of the executive health and preventive medicine programs.

Yes. Dr. Brar consults on patients who require hospital admission and follows their care through skilled nursing facilities and assisted living settings. Both membership plans include consulting services for these transitions. This continuity helps reduce medication errors and keeps care coordinated across every setting.

A Personal Physician serves adults across a wide age range, with particular clinical depth in geriatric care and executive health. Dr. Brar holds specialized experience in caring for older adults and coordinates care across home health, hospital, and assisted living environments when needed.

The practice maintains three preferred office locations: Encinitas, La Jolla, and Oceanside. Patients select their preferred location when scheduling an appointment.
