Dr. Yusuf Saleeby graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 1991 and completed his post-graduate training at East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. He spent nearly two decades in emergency medicine before retiring from the ED in 2013. During that career, he also held posts in occupational medicine with the Department of Defense, urgent care, and family medicine. He served as past medical director for the South Carolina Urban Search and Rescue Task Force-1.
