About

Dr. Wendy Cohen grew up in Hopkinton, NH, and earned a degree in Molecular Biology from Kenyon College. Before medical school, she spent a year in Costa Rica teaching preschool and volunteering in a public hospital, where she became fluent in Spanish. She earned her medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 2004 and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Brown University's Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in 2007. During her residency, she traveled to Cuba and the Dominican Republic to study how other countries deliver healthcare. She then completed a one-year Fellowship in Maternal Child Health at Brown Family Medicine in 2009, with focused training in prenatal and obstetric care, newborn care, and family planning. She holds board certification in Family Medicine.

After fellowship, Dr. Cohen spent five years in full-spectrum family medicine with obstetrics at a group practice in Attleboro, MA, followed by three years in outpatient family medicine in Easton, MA. She co-founded Infinity Family Care in 2016, bringing her clinical passions for nutrition, the mind-body connection, prevention, mental health, and substance use disorder into everyday practice. Outside the office, she volunteers as Medical Director and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the SAFE Coalition of Massachusetts, a nonprofit supporting individuals with substance use disorder and their families. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce. At home, she spends time with her husband Eric and their sons Noah and Gabe, and enjoys Broadway shows, reading, and dinners with friends.
