Tarek Mahdi, MD, CMD, FAAFP, studied medicine at Sofia Medical Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria and completed his Primary Care residency at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He holds board certification from both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Mahdi also carries the Certified Medical Director designation and fellowship status in the American Academy of Family Medicine. He serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Loma Linda School of Medicine.
