Dr. Sidney CruzND

Sidney Cruz, ND, provides primary care at Connect Integrative Medicine in Edmonds, Washington. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Texas Women's University in Denton, Texas. She then completed her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. After graduation, she pursued additional training in obstetrics and gynecology, deepening her expertise in women's health, hormone therapy, and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Cruz focuses on gastrointestinal disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes care, nutritional IV therapy, and hormone therapy. She holds the belief that health does not have to be complicated. Her approach centers on helping patients build sustainable habits and heal from the ground up. Patients describe her as unhurried, compassionate, and skilled at making anxious patients feel genuinely cared for. Please note that Dr. Cruz is not currently accepting new patients.
