About

Dr. Sarah Weinstein is a triple board-certified osteopathic physician specializing in sports medicine, family medicine, and lifestyle medicine. She completed her Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Colorado, where she served as a team physician for University of Colorado Division I athletics, including football, women's volleyball, and women's lacrosse. That fellowship also placed her alongside medical staff for the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Nuggets. Before opening CORE, she practiced at Rothman Orthopaedics.

Dr. Weinstein holds board certifications in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. She focuses on non-surgical musculoskeletal care and uses in-office ultrasound for both diagnosis and image-guided procedures. Her personal experiences with Lyme disease and sports injuries deepened her interest in whole-person care. She discovered the six pillars of lifestyle medicine while on maternity leave and built CORE around that philosophy. A New Jersey native and mother of three, she leads a local Walk With a Doc chapter, volunteers at Parker Family Health Center in Red Bank, and teaches a Full Body Strength class at a neighborhood gym. Outside medicine, she loves hiking, traveling, and time in the mountains with her family.
