Dr. Ryan Woodruff was born in Wichita and spent most of his childhood in Shawnee, Kansas, where he graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pittsburg State University, then completed his medical degree at the University of Kansas in Wichita. His Family Medicine residency training took place at Via Christi in Wichita.

Dr. Woodruff decided he wanted to be a doctor in the third grade. That early calling eventually grew into a mission to care for and love his neighbors. He approaches each patient with a whole-person philosophy, attending to mind, body, and spirit. Outside medicine, he loves finding local adventures and traveling the world with his wife Sarah and their two children.
