Dr. Prerana Sangani earned her undergraduate degree at Swarthmore College and her MD from the University of Rochester, where she received an International Medicine grant to work in rural Kenya. She completed her Internal Medicine training in San Francisco, then pursued a Fellowship in Preventive Medicine at UCSF and a Master of Public Health at UC Berkeley. Her education also took her to India and Nepal, where she served indigent communities and studied Ayurvedic medicine.
