About

Dr. Phi Lam grew up in Northern California, the son of Vietnamese immigrants who settled in Ithaca, New York. His father earned a PhD from Cornell University. S. in Biochemistry with a minor in Economics. After graduation, he conducted research at the Scripps Research Institute in the Department of Virology before beginning medical school.

He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, then completed his Family Medicine residency at UC Davis in Sacramento, where his class selected him as chief resident. Dr. Lam holds board certification in Family Medicine and belongs to both the AMA and the AAFP. He brings over 15 years of medical experience, including five years as Medical Director of the Denbigh Patient First, where he built deep expertise in both urgent and primary care. He is a Biote certified provider for bioidentical hormone optimization and a registered practitioner for medical cannabis. He also holds certification in Botox and dermal filler procedures. Dr. Lam and his wife, an anesthesiologist and Department Chair at Riverside Regional Medical Center, have two sons. He coaches York County Little League and enjoys golf.
