About
Pamela G. Gaudry, MD, NCMP, FACOG, known to her patients as Dr. Pam, has practiced medicine in Savannah for more than 27 years. She completed her OB/GYN residency at The Medical College of Georgia in 1993 and went on to build a full obstetrics and gynecology practice in the Savannah area. In January 2007, personal circumstances led her to step away from obstetrics. She redirected her focus toward gynecology, menopausal medicine, sexual health, and primary care, earning her North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner credential, which she renews annually.
Dr. Gaudry pursued additional training in medical sex therapy and now offers intimacy and marriage counseling alongside her clinical gynecology work. She holds board certification as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist and the FACOG distinction. Memorial Health nominated her as Physician of the Year in 2015. She also authored the book "Love, Sweat, and Tears" and produced a documentary of the same name, both focused on menopause education. Her admitting and surgical privileges extend to both St. Joseph's/Candler and Memorial Hospitals in Savannah. Dr. Gaudry describes her patients as her medical family and makes herself available to them directly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
