Dr. Nicole Rothenberg earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Pre-Med from Wayne State University in 2002, then returned there for her Doctorate of Medicine in 2006. She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Providence Hospital in Southfield, serving as Chief Resident from 2007 to 2009.
