Dr. Monica Esposito grew up in Boca Raton, Florida, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Florida. She then completed her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton. Her Family Medicine residency at St. Petersburg General Hospital shaped her clinical foundation early. She earned recognition there as both Chief Patient Advocate and Chief Resident.

Outside the office, she enjoys Latin dance, hiking, tennis, and Tampa Bay sports. She and her husband, a Fire Captain serving the community, are raising two young children in Tampa Bay, where she plans to remain long-term.
