He then completed his residency in Family Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center. S. Army Medical Corp. He achieved the rank of Major and held several leadership roles, including a four-year posting in Germany.

After his military service, Dr. Grajcar moved to Idaho in 2000. He worked for Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, serving on its executive board. He founded Initial Point Family Medicine in 2007 to provide relationship-focused care. Dr. Grajcar has special interests in diabetes, dermatology, and travel medicine. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fly fishing, bird hunting, and camping with his family.
