Marc S. D. grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and built his entire career around the conviction that medicine should be proactive, not reactive. He graduated Cum Laude from LaSalle University and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 1986, gaining election to Alpha Omega Alpha. He then joined Temple University School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine before entering private practice in 1991.
