Kimberly Rogers, MD, DipABOM, DipABLM, brings triple board certification in internal medicine, lifestyle medicine, and obesity medicine to her Delaware practice. She grew up in Anguilla and moved to the United States in 2003. She earned her BS in Neurophysiology from the University of Maryland before completing her MD at Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia. Her internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital earned her the distinction of Most Outstanding Third Year Resident in Outpatient Care.
Dr. Rogers began her primary care career in Richmond, Virginia, where a local health magazine recognized her with a Best Bedside Manner Award in 2017. She returned to Philadelphia in 2018 and relocated to Delaware in 2020 with her family. Her experience treating medically complex patients inspired her to pursue lifestyle medicine certification through the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine in 2019 and obesity medicine certification through the American Board of Obesity Medicine in 2023. She is passionate about metabolic health, nutrition, hormone balance, and helping patients minimize medications through targeted lifestyle change. She is married to Dr. Tony Anene-Maidoh and is the mother of two young children. She enjoys traveling with her family.
