Dr. Kimberly Nalda grew up in Baltimore and earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She went on to complete her MD at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Her residency in Family Medicine took place at St. Louis University, where she was selected as Chief Resident. After residency, her family followed a decade of military moves every three years, living in St. Louis, Lexington, and eventually settling in Hockessin, Delaware.
She brings particular clinical focus to women's health and mental health. Dr. Nalda holds FMCSA certification to perform DOT physicals. After 12 years in various practice settings, she launched Rekindle Family Medicine to build the kind of practice she always believed medicine could be.
