Dr. Kimberly Chapman grew up in Arkansas, attending Fayetteville High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 1998 and completed her residency at UAB-Huntsville School of Medicine in Huntsville, Alabama.
Dr. Chapman holds board certification in Family Medicine since 2001 and certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine since 2010. In 2018, she added certification through the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons.
