Kaley Hartzog, MD, earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida before completing her Master's in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences, Doctorate in Medicine, and Pediatric Residency all at USF Morsani College of Medicine, where she also served her internship. She holds board certification in pediatrics and earned her Certified Lactation Counselor credential as well. Known to her patients as Dr. Kay, she founded Happy Soul Pediatrics & Family Medicine with the goal of rebuilding the patient-physician relationship through calm, trust, and genuinely personalized care.
A Tampa native, Dr. Hartzog brings a whole-person philosophy to every visit. She is passionate about holistic preventive care, newborn and fourth trimester support, lactation consulting, developmental screenings, and behavioral evaluations including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Nutrition counseling and sleep guidance run throughout her clinical work. Outside the practice, she enjoys cooking nourishing meals, reading, exercising, and traveling with her husband Kevin, who serves as FNP at Happy Soul.
