His cardiology fellowship and electrophysiology training give him particular depth in cardiovascular and heart rhythm concerns.

Dr. Vassallo completed a Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. He also received specialized training in arrhythmias and electrophysiology beyond that fellowship. He holds membership in the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Vassallo studied as an undergraduate at Columbia University and earned his medical degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. His cardiology training took place at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Vassallo treats each patient as an individual with a unique health story. Dr. Vassallo schedules visits up to 30 to 45 minutes. Physical exams run up to 90 minutes. This allows him to review test results thoroughly, answer questions in full, and discuss what health findings actually mean for each patient.
