at Wellness at Century City — Los Angeles, CA

About

Dr. Jessica Cho, M.D., earned her BS in Biology from UCLA in 1991 and her MD from Keck School of Medicine of USC in 1995. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at UCLA-Harbor Medical Center and began practicing in 1998. Two years later, she founded Wellness at Century City in Los Angeles.

Dr. Cho grew up in Korea, where she trained as a classical pianist before moving to the United States to study bioengineering. A fascination with mind-body medicine drew her toward medicine. Early in her career, she struggled personally with hormonal imbalances, disrupted sleep, and mood changes. That experience pushed her to retrain in integrative medicine, anti-aging medicine, and Eastern medicine. Today she combines those disciplines with conventional internal medicine to address hormone restoration, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, executive health, women's health, mental health, and ADD/ADHD. Vanity Fair, Modern Luxury, and Angeleno magazine have all featured her work. She describes herself as a physician, a mom, and a wife.
