Dr. Jeremy SmithMD

Dr. Jeremy Smith, M.D. has worked in healthcare for more than 16 years. He earned his bachelor's degree at Midwestern State University and his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. After completing his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, he began practicing medicine in Nacogdoches, and MyMD Select was born. Raised by incredible parents and now a husband and father of three himself, Dr. Smith understands what it's like to care for a family. The Direct Primary Care model allowed him to combine his expertise with genuine care for patients, and that vision has expanded across East Texas, allowing thousands of patients to confidently take control of their health.
