About
Dr. Jeralyn Brossfield holds credentials as an RN, MD, FACOG, MSCP, and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She opened a women's health practice on the campus of Eisenhower Health in 2002. A decade later, she took the lead at the Eisenhower Wellness Center, where she built a functional medicine-based executive physical program and an award-winning employee wellness program.
In 2018, Dr. Brossfield returned to private practice and launched XO Health in Rancho Mirage, California. Her work draws from a wide range of healing traditions, pairing targeted assessment with personalized care plans. She serves as a certified provider of the ReCODE Protocol, supporting patients in preserving and improving brain health. Her Braincare Performance Center offers both traditional rTMS for depression and MeRT, an EEG-guided brain stimulation therapy. During medical school, she created a course in Whole Person Care for inclusion in the curriculum. That same philosophy continues to guide her practice today.
