S. in Biology and a minor in Environmental Studies. During college, she studied abroad in Kenya and Australia. She deferred medical school for a year to study herbal medicine in Kenya, arriving at Penn State College of Medicine with a deep curiosity about integrative approaches to health. At Penn State, she earned the Glascow-Rubin Student Academic Achievement Award and the Nurick Medical Achievement Award. She also helped develop an integrative medicine curriculum and served as a student representative for both the American College for the Advancement of Medicine and the AMSA Humanistic Medicine Planning Team.

Dr. Linder completed her Family Medicine residency in 2009 at Swedish Cherry Hill Family Medicine Residency in Seattle, with concentrations in Global Health and Integrative Medicine. During residency, she completed the Mind-Body Medicine Professional Training Program through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and several modules with the University of Arizona Fellowship in Integrative Medicine. She holds board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. Her career has taken her to New Zealand, Australia, inner-city Seattle, and the Northern Navajo Medical Center, and she has volunteered in East Africa, Nepal, and Honduras. She completed all advanced practice modules with the Institute for Functional Medicine, along with specialized training in cardiometabolic disease, pediatrics, and the NADA acupuncture detoxification protocol. She holds a buprenorphine waiver for opioid dependence treatment. Her clinical passions include gastrointestinal health, mental health, women's health, geriatrics, pediatrics, cardiovascular health, and nutrition.
