Dr. Eric Miller founded Legacy Medical Services in January 2020, bringing over 25 years of family medicine experience to south central Wisconsin. He grew up in Wisconsin, completed his medical education there, and built his entire career in the state. His family carries more than six generations of Wisconsin roots, with over 150 close relatives still in the area.

Dr. Miller settled in Dodge County in 1996 and quickly became a consistent medical and community leader. He served as Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin, held the role of Hospital Chief of Staff, and chaired several non-profit boards. Before founding Legacy, he led a national DPC organization focused on transforming primary care across America. He and his wife raised their six children in this community. His clinical focus spans family medicine and preventive care, with a strong belief in whole-person health. Under his direction, Legacy has grown to three clinics and a staff of five.
