Dr. Eleanor deGuzman-Berube earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Gettysburg College in 1989. She then completed a post-graduate pre-medicine program at Columbia University in 1990. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, in 1995. Her Family Medicine residency at the University of Maryland, Baltimore concluded in 1998. The program selected her as Chief Resident for the 1997-1998 academic year. She holds board certification in family practice, which she renewed in 2006.
