Eddie Tsvankin, MD grew up in Lakewood, Colorado after immigrating to the United States as a child. He earned his bachelor's degree at CU Boulder and his medical degree at CU School of Medicine in Denver, where faculty elected him to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his neurosurgical residency at Duke University Hospital and then pursued a fellowship in surgical neuro-oncology at Duke's Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center.
