About

Dr. Carole Vincent founded Cohasset Concierge Medicine to deliver relationship-driven, preventive primary care on the South Shore. She holds dual board certifications in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine and brings more than 15 years of clinical experience to her patients.

Dr. Vincent completed her undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude in three years at Universidad del Sagrado Corazon in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She then earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2006 from Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana in Mexico City, where she was born. Her Internal Medicine residency at Cambridge Health Alliance concluded in 2011. She went on to practice at Cambridge Health Alliance and Atrius Health, where she served as Chief of Internal Medicine at their Quincy, MA location. She then spent six years at Mass General Brigham in Hingham before founding her own practice. In 2023, she earned board certification in Obesity Medicine while continuing full-time clinical work. Dr. Vincent is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association, and an Associate Editor for the Obesity Pillars Journal. She teaches as an Instructor and Lecturer in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in Medicine at Tufts Medical School. Her clinical focus spans diabetes, hypertension, obesity, cardiovascular disease, COPD, and women's health. She speaks English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole. Outside the office, she enjoys running, tennis, skiing, and spending time with her family.
