Dr. Benjamin Finch grew up in Yakima, WA and attended East Valley High School before earning dual credits at Yakima Valley Community College through Running Start. He went on to Central Washington University, where he earned a BA in Biology in 2011 and fell in love with Ellensburg. He graduated as a Doctor of Osteopathy from Pacific Northwest University of Health Professions in Yakima in 2016, supported by an Army military scholarship. He then completed his family medicine residency at Madigan Army Hospital on Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA.

Dr. Finch served seven years as a military physician before separating as a Major in 2023. He returned to Ellensburg to open Good Company Wellness Clinic and practice medicine on his own terms.
