Dr. Ann Collins earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California at San Diego, where she received a Regents Scholarship and Provost Honors. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Medicine at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Her family medicine residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis concluded with a year as Chief Resident, and she also earned both the Resident Teacher Award and the Excellence in Research Award from that program.

Dr. Collins holds board certification from the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine.
