Anju Visweswaraiah, MD, known to her patients as Dr. Vish, brings over 20 years of training and experience to PRAGMA Family Medicine. She earned her Biology degree with honors from The University at Buffalo, then completed her Medical Doctorate at Albany Medical College. Her family medicine residency followed at St. Anthony Hospitals in Colorado.

After residency, Dr. Visweswaraiah joined UCHealth Family Medicine in Westminster, where she practiced full-spectrum primary care and taught medical students and residents. She served as medical director of that practice for six years, guiding the team to multiple Patient Centered Medical Home designations. She also provided prenatal care and supervised deliveries for more than a decade. The University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine recognized her work twice with leadership awards for innovations in primary care delivery. Outside the office, she coaches girls lacrosse, runs, hikes, and cooks. She has two young children, a supportive husband, and a golden retriever.
