He then pursued his medical degree at the University of Rome, La Sapienza Medical School, graduating Cum Laude in 1978. He completed both his internship and his Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stamford, where he served as Chief Resident from 1980 to 1982.
Dr. Mallozzi holds board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. He served as Chief of the Department of Family Practice at St. Joseph's Medical Center for a decade and currently serves as Medical Director at Edgehill Nursing Home.
