About

Andrew B. , earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003 and his undergraduate degree in Zoology from Southern Utah University. He holds board certifications in both Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. Before building his DPC practice, Dr. Hyatt spent 18 years in emergency medicine and practiced family medicine earlier in his career.

Dr. Hyatt retired as a Colonel from the Missouri Air National Guard in 2023 after more than 23 years of Air Force service. He served as Commander of the 131st Medical Group and as Missouri State Air Surgeon. He deployed as a Flight Surgeon with the 332d Expeditionary Fighter Squadron in Iraq and earned multiple Meritorious Service Medals and the Air Medal. His military aviation career extended well beyond medicine: he holds Commercial Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor, and Certified Instrument Flight Instructor certificates and serves as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for the FAA. He also owns and operates Hyatt Aviation, LLC. Outside the clinic, Dr. Hyatt speaks Portuguese fluently at Level 3/3 in Brazilian Portuguese and Level 2+ in European Portuguese. He is an advanced open water diver and has been married to Clarice since 1996. They have two children, both of whom help run the clinic.
