Dr. Ana Cases graduated with honors from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1996, one of the world's five official Blue Zones. There, she trained under Dr. John Scharffenberg, a nutrition professor and Blue Zone resident over 100 years old who spent more than 70 years studying longevity. She completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, then served as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, NH. She went on to hold an Assistant Professor position in Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center before serving as Associate Medical Director at SeaView Clinic in Miami. In 2005, she opened her private practice in Alpharetta, GA, where she has focused exclusively on Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine for over 20 years.
Dr. Casas holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Integrative Holistic Medicine, and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
